Hi All! I’m Alicia, the baker behind Upstate Cookie Shack! I’ve loved baking and have used it as a creative outlet for as long as I can remember. Some of my favorite memories are baking sweets with loved ones. You can almost always count on me to bring a plate of cookies; whether it be a wedding celebration, Sunday family dinner, or a birthday I’m here to deliver the big cookies!
My family is my ultimate support system, especially with the cookie business, everyone gets in on the fun! I’m a nurse by day, cookie baker by night and ultimately a mother and wife 24/7.
